These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reeliable (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Reeliable lets you generate short-form videos from a text prompt, an article URL, an uploaded audio file, or a recurring automated schedule, using third-party AI providers to write scripts, generate narration, images, and video clips, and assemble a final video. You may optionally connect YouTube, TikTok, and/or Instagram accounts to publish a finished video directly from the Service.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of the prompts, audio, and other material you submit, and of the videos the Service generates for you ("Your Content"), subject to the license terms of the underlying AI providers used to generate it.
You're solely responsible for Your Content and for how you use it, including publishing it to any connected platform. You must not use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the terms of service of a platform you publish to (including YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram).
Publishing a video through the Service to YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram only happens when you explicitly request it, to an account you've explicitly connected. You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings.
If you use the Service's YouTube publishing feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Generating a video incurs real cost from third-party AI providers. Your account may be subject to a usage cap; the Service will show you an estimated cost before generation and your usage against your cap.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including OpenAI, Google, Replicate, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Pexels, Supabase, Trigger.dev, and YouTube/TikTok/Instagram's own APIs) to function. We're not responsible for outages, errors, or content-policy decisions made by these third parties.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, and you're responsible for reviewing content before publishing it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms.
If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to prasant.satpathy@tethik.com.
