Credits pay for what a video uses: images, voice, music and motion. A standard short video uses about 29 credits. The create page shows the cost before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
If a video fails because of a problem on our side, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You can see them on your Account page.
Plan credits renew each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up stay on your account until you use them.
Avatar videos are much more expensive to make than image videos, so they are paid for in credits instead of being included: about 600 credits per minute of avatar video. The cost is shown before you confirm.
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you can manage or cancel it yourself from your Account page.
